Monsma Marketing Welcomes Tom Nevius as National Sales Manager – Hearth Division

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — July 2026 — Monsma Marketing is pleased to announce the addition of Tom Nevius as National Sales Manager for its Hearth Division.

A respected sales leader with more than 25 years of experience in the hearth industry, Nevius brings extensive expertise in territory management, dealer development, sales strategy, and customer relationship building. Throughout his career, he has established a proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving territory performance through strong partnerships and customer-focused solutions.

Prior to joining Monsma Marketing, Nevius served as Regional Sales Manager for Ray Murray, Inc., overseeing Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia. He also spent nearly 20 years with Jøtul North America as a Territory Manager, where he worked closely with retailers across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions to expand market share, increase dealer success, and strengthen customer loyalty.

During his tenure at Jøtul, Nevius became known for his consultative selling approach, delivering more than 100 retailer training sessions annually and helping dealers maximize sales through product knowledge, operational expertise, and strategic business development.
