While Monsma Marketing's product mix of top brand building material lines is one of our main strengths, our GREATEST strength is our people. As with any organization the qualities of our people are what sets us apart as a leader in our market areas. From our warehouse workers to our President, each are dedicated to serving our customers in the best possible way.OUTSIDE SALESMonsma Marketing currently has seventeen sales people that make up our outside sales team. These sales people have the experience and ability to work with retailers to help make them more profitable. This is where we stress our capacity to "market" our products by actively participating with our dealers to produce higher sales for them and us.INSIDE SALESThe inside sales department at Monsma Marketing consists of nine individuals with a combined total of well over 140 years in the building materials industry, with many of these years at the retail level. They have the technical expertise to answer your questions and to support our outside sales people. Customer service is always the top priority, to insure our dealers get the help and products they need when they need them.TRAFFIC Monsma Marketing has a fleet of semi tractors and trailers on the road Monday through Friday covering much of the midwest with ontime delivery service. We ship most all of our orders on our own trucks with little or no shipping costs to our customers.
